Better Futures and Home Stretch
The Victorian Government with the Department of Families, Fairness and Housing have developed information for young people about Better Futures eligibility, coaching, financial assistance and more.

Better Futures Fact Sheets and Animations
CREATE Foundation consulted with young people to develop Better Futures and Home Stretch fact sheets and animations that explain the support available and how to get started.

There are many support services available to help you transition from care to independent living.

CREATE Foundation
CREATE Foundation supports young people who are currently in or have experienced care.
They run connection and empowerment programs, to support children and young people with an out-of-home care experience to have their say.
ClubCREATE is the entry point to getting involved with CREATE. Come along to events, enter competitions, or take part in their empowerment program – this is where you can start!
