This online induction training contextualises transitional care services in Victoria and makes the case for why a different approach is needed. Advantaged Thinking is introduced as the distinct driving force of Better Futures practice.
Objectives:
- To understand the need an dpurpose of the Better Futures service
- To support participants to recognise the need for a shift in practice and approach to working alongside young people.

- All new Better Futures staff (Leadership, Development Coaches, Community Connectors)
- Relevant stakeholders working with young people transitioning from care.
