This training introduces the delivery of the Better Futures service model by Development Coaches and Community Connectors. This training will explore an Advantaged Thinking coaching approach to the service via The Deal and the 5 Offers.
Objectives:
- To understand how Development Coaches and Community Connectors work together to provide young people receiving Better Futures/Home Stretch with consistent, place-based and youth-led support.
- To understand how to apply an Advantaged Thinking practice to The Deal and the 5 Service Offers, and how the different roles in Better Futures contribute to holistic support for young people.
Pre-requisites:
- Introduction to Advantaged Thinking

- All new Better Futures staff (Leadership, Development Coaches, Community Connectors).
