Better Futures Community of Practice
The Better Futures CoP provides a platform for all Better Futures stakeholders to share, review, improve and refine the delivery of the service across the state. It works to ensure that the integrity of the underpinning Advantaged Thinking model is maintained, and that current and proposed practices and approaches are best placed to meet their intended objectives and outcomes.
